Home Inspection
Program Information
This Board of Governors certificate program will provide students with the base knowledge and skills required by the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors. There are additional requirements leading to certification and students are advised to confirm the provincial requirements for home inspectors. The cost of the courses do not include the cost of course manuals. Each course requires the Carson Dunlop and Associates manual, which is approximately $250.00 (subject to change) per course. The courses can be taken in any order with the exception of: HOM-1503 Heating Inspection I and HOM-2503 Heating Inspection II. Please Note: All courses are available on a full or part-time basis and are offered online.
Credentials College-Approved Certificate
Residency
Students must complete a minimum number of credits in this program with their registering college to meet the Program Residency requirement to graduate from the program.
Completion
All courses must be completed within 7 years of acceptance into the program.
